PHOTO TO RAP VIDEO
Photo to rap video: lip-sync your verse to one portrait
Take a slice of the rap track you just made, add a single portrait, and get a rap music video where the mouth follows the vocal and the face stays the person in the photo.
Two inputs, one short video
A rap music video usually means a shoot, a crew and a day of editing. This is the fifteen second version you can make tonight.
Your own song
The clip comes from a track generated on RapMV, or from any audio you have the rights to use.
One portrait
A clear, front-facing photo sets both the person and the framing. No second angle, no storyboard.
5, 10 or 15 seconds
Pick the length that fits the bar you want to see. The video never runs longer than the audio slice.
MP4 output
The result downloads as an MP4 you can post directly, with an AI badge on the result card.
From track to lip-sync in three moves
The studio walks the same path every time: choose the audio, choose the photo, choose the length.
- 01
Cut the slice
Open the song in Song Studio, press Make MV, drag to the bar you want and audition it before uploading.
- 02
Add the photo
Upload one well-lit portrait. Half-body or head-and-shoulders gives the cleanest mouth movement.
- 03
Generate and check
Render the clip, watch it once, and only then decide whether to spend credits on a second take.
Specs you can plan around
These are the limits the studio enforces, not marketing numbers.
- Clip length
- 5, 10 or 15 seconds, chosen to match the audio slice
- Audio
- Any audio file up to 50MB that fits the chosen length
- Framing
- Follows the photo you upload; there is no separate aspect-ratio switch
- Cost
- Standard 40 / 80 / 120 credits for 5 / 10 / 15 seconds; pro 80 / 160 / 240
Who can appear in the video
The photo has to be a person you are allowed to animate. This is a hard rule, not a guideline.
- Yourself, or an adult who has explicitly agreed to appear.
- No public figures, politicians, celebrities or minors.
- No audio you do not have the rights to use, and no content that harasses a real person.
Video questions
How much does a rap video cost?
A standard fifteen second video costs 120 credits, ten seconds costs 80 and five seconds costs 40. A pro render at fifteen seconds costs 240.
Can I use a song I made outside RapMV?
Yes, as long as you hold the rights to it. Upload the audio file directly in the MV studio, up to 50MB.
Why is the video only fifteen seconds?
Lip-sync quality holds best on a short, continuous slice. Fifteen seconds is enough for a hook or a full verse segment, and it keeps the cost predictable.
What if the mouth does not match the words?
Start with a cleaner vocal slice: pick a section with one clear voice, no ad-libs and little reverb. A straight-on, evenly lit photo also helps.
Can I put my face on someone else’s video?
No. You animate one photo that you are allowed to use, and the result is labelled as AI generated. Other people’s footage is never used.
